At thetwotigers.ca, we take great pride in our products and the services we offer to you, our valued customers. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to accommodate you and resolve the problem.
Although we take utmost precautions when shipping your order, we cannot control natural elements affecting the candy during transit. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that any products will not melt in warm weather or climates, nor freeze in cold weather or climates. We are not responsible for any heat-sensitive products during shipping or for any damages or theft caused by the courier.
Currently, thetwotigers.ca does not offer free shipping to any location, regardless of the purchase amount. Standard shipping fees and taxes apply to all online orders and are calculated directly by the carrier based on the delivery location, weight, and size of your purchase.
thetwotigers.ca processes and ships all orders within 3-5 business days.
Return and Refunds
If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Be prepared to send photos of the packing slip and the issue. We will do our best to resolve it. Food items are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable due to food safety reasons.
